Residence Permit
A temporary residence-and-work permit (commonly known as a residence card) is issued by the provincial office covering the foreign national’s place of residence in Poland. This procedure allows the foreigner to be authorized to both work and reside in Poland.
If your employee wishes to stay in Poland for a period longer than three months and their purpose of stay is work, the next step is to apply for this permit. Our role doesn't end with submitting the application to the office – we monitor the entire process until a decision is issued, respond to correspondence, and assist with collecting the residence card. All to ensure your employee’s stay and work remain fully compliant.
