Our mission is to conduct the company's activities according to the principle of “The right person in the right place”. We want to provide candidates, both those looking for their first job and those interested in changing their current employment, with a comprehensive range of HR consulting services, enabling them to secure a satisfying job and increase their competitiveness in the market, starting from professional interview preparation through language and psychological tests.
We also wish to meet the needs of employers at the highest level through the quality of HR services offered, based on continuous analysis of the dynamically changing labor market.
The foundation of our company is its employees. Company history
The HR Audit company was founded in 1999 in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Initially, our activities focused on recruitment and personnel consulting in the Lubuskie Voivodeship and neighboring regions. Thanks to dynamic development, we now serve clients throughout Poland, offering a wide range of HR services such as recruitment, employee selection, training, and payroll outsourcing.
From the beginning of our existence, we have been pioneers in the Polish HR advisory services market, being the first to introduce employee leasing in the Lubusz Voivodeship and later also foreign employee leasing. In response to employers' needs, we created a proprietary Local Wage Report project, enabling the analysis of salaries in the region.
In 2007, a key moment occurred in the company's history – we expanded our operations beyond Poland, establishing cooperation with employment agencies beyond the eastern border of our country. Currently, our foreign department employs over 1000 temporary workers, and international cooperation includes recruitment for employers from countries such as Korea, India, France, Germany, China, and Italy.
Since its establishment, the company has undergone dynamic development - initially, we operated with a small team of 3 recruiters supported by students, now we are creating structures of specialized departments that quickly respond to changing market needs.
Today, Audit HR is a team of over 1000 employees, including 35 administrative staff and numerous specialists in recruitment, HR, payroll, and training. Our management structure includes a four-person Management Board and specialized departments responsible for recruitment, foreigner services, training, marketing, and PR, working towards the dynamic development of the company.
Audit HR is a company that constantly adapts to the changing market realities, basing its development on research and a scientific approach.
