Creating an organizational structure scheme – cooperation with public sector entities such as the Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office, and National Labour Inspectorate (employer registration, employee reporting, etc.)
Cooperation with the Poviat Labour Office regarding the possibility of using special forms of employment, such as graduate contracts, intervention works, or internships
Obtaining work and temporary residence permits in Poland for foreigners
Administering payroll documentation (setting up and maintaining employee files, preparing payroll lists, declarations to ZUS and Tax Office)
Settling foreign business trips
Developing the Work Regulations, Remuneration Regulations, Company Social Benefits Fund Regulations – searching for and selecting offers from medical clinics, companies conducting OHS training, accounting offices, and real estate agencies
