Specialists' Breakfast: Current situation on the labor market and proposals for planned changes in regulations concerning foreigners

We decided to expand the format of our existing management breakfasts.

On Thursday, October 20, 2016, we launched a new series of events: "HR Specialists' Meeting". This series was based on the experience and format of the previous "Managers' Breakfasts". Our goal was to bring together specialists from human resources departments in Lubusz Voivodeship companies. The event took place at our headquarters in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

The main topic covered the current situation in the labor market and changes in the law.

The first event in the new series was devoted to discussing "The current situation in the labor market and proposed planned changes to regulations concerning foreigners". The discussion focused primarily on proposed changes to the law related to the employment of foreigners in Poland.

Participants had the opportunity to gain knowledge, familiarize themselves with current legislation, and exchange experiences.

The meeting allowed participants to:

• Gain knowledge about the labor market.

• Learn about the latest changes in the law.

• Exchange professional experiences among specialists from Lubusz Voivodeship.
