Women in Business: Meeting of Female Managers on the occasion of Women's Day

A meeting for women on personal development and business image

We organized a special meeting for women managers on Women's Day, under the inspiring title: "Boss, Wife, Mother – always professional, perfect and….". The event took place on March 11, 2016, at the "U Nobla" Restaurant in Murzynowo. Partners included Douglas and experts from the Dental Medica dental center.

Image, Dress Code, and Medicine as Career Allies

The meeting was a comprehensive workshop combining HR and personal development topics with business image:

  • The Role of Image: We discussed the role of image in building professional relationships and professional effectiveness. We thoroughly analyzed relationship building in the context of various roles for women, the impact of image on professional relationships, and how femininity can be an asset in business.

  • Contemporary Dress Code: We presented the principles of a contemporary businesswoman's dress code, focusing on both classic and ever-present standards and modern trends that allow for a touch of freedom and individualism.

  • Makeup at Work: We organized a practical workshop called "Makeup at Work", which covered timeless makeup principles, matching your skin type, and how to ensure makeup doesn't mask your competence.

  • Medicine as an Ally: Experts from Dental Medica discussed how medicine can be an ally in the fight against time. Contemporary image management methods and the range of opportunities offered by medicine were presented.

The meeting concluded with a panel discussion dedicated to sharing participants' experiences.

Audit HR Commitment: Support for Women in Management Positions

The meeting provided participants with valuable knowledge in the areas of business, image, and personal well-being. This is further proof of our commitment to the development and support of women in management positions.
