On Thursday, March 14, 2024, we organized another "HR Managers' Meeting". The event took place at the Interior Technology Park in Nowa Sól. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss key economic forecasts and the latest changes in legal regulations that have entered into force or were planned for 2024.
The keynote speaker was Ms. Violetta Panasiuk-Strzyżewska, President of the Management Board of AUDIT HR, who is also a respected labor market expert and Vice-Chair of the Labor Market Council.
Two topics were discussed during her presentation:
The 2024 Labor Market – a detailed analysis of forecasts and trends affecting employment in the manufacturing sector.
Multigenerationalism in the Labor Market – a discussion on how to effectively manage and integrate different generations of employees (e.g., Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, Generation Z).
The second speaker was attorney-at-law Przemysław Ciszek, Managing Partner at C&C Chakowski & Ciszek. Mr. Ciszek, an expert in employment and working time in the manufacturing industry, discussed the 2024 Labor Law Amendments.
