On September 7, 2017, we organized another meeting in our Managers' Breakfast series, this time dedicated to our most important proprietary tool: the Local Remuneration Report. As AUDIT HR, we have been providing Lubusz entrepreneurs with detailed and reliable data on salaries in the region for years. The goal of this autumn meeting was not only to present the findings from the latest edition of the Local Remuneration Report, but above all, to discuss how the Report responds to the dynamic changes taking place in the labor market, becoming a key strategic tool.
During the event, we focused on an in-depth data analysis. We discussed in detail the conclusions of the latest Remuneration Report, examining them in the context of current changes in the labor market. In an environment of low unemployment and increasing salary pressure, accurate salary data was crucial for managers to remain competitive in the local market. The discussion focused on how companies should strategically respond to this data by planning compensation budgets and incentive systems to effectively attract and retain qualified employees.
The meeting was exceptionally interactive. Our priority was to adapt the Report to actual market needs, so we invited managers to co-create its future format. We actively discussed ways to improve the Report to make it an even more valuable and practical tool for participants. As a result, we jointly decided on the format of the 2017 Remuneration Report, adapting its content and format to the specific needs of local businesses as closely as possible.
