Representatives of the HR industry from northwestern Poland met to discuss the future of the local employment market. The meeting was held under the slogan "Ukrainian Workers: An Alternative to the Labor Market.". As a result of the discussion, we reached one conclusion: we should look for workers among our eastern neighbors, given their enormous potential and enthusiasm.
During the meeting, we discussed the most important issues related to hiring employees from beyond the eastern border:
the recruitment process for Ukrainian workers,
the work and residence legalization processes,
the benefits of employing foreigners.
We thank the participants for their attendance. The high turnout demonstrates the growing importance of Ukrainian workers for stable employment in the region.
