Managers' Breakfast: Changes in the employment of foreigners

The December managers' meeting covered key changes in regulations concerning foreigners.

On December 7, 2017, we organized another, highly relevant meeting as part of our Managers' Breakfast series. The main topic, which raised the most questions in HR departments at that time, was "Changes in the employment of foreigners – the declaration procedure." The amended regulations required employers to thoroughly understand the new regulations in order to maintain the continued employment of workers from the East.

The meeting was hosted in cooperation with the District Employment Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

To ensure a comprehensive legal and practical perspective, we hosted experts from the District Employment Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

The event was led by:

  • Izabela Jankowska – Director of the District Employment Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski

  • Justyna Szymańska – Employment Agent at the District Employment Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski

  • Katarzyna Skrzypińska-Krata, Head of the Foreign Employment Department at AUDIT HR.

Participants received detailed information about the new procedure and benefits for employers.

Thanks to direct cooperation with the District Employment Office, managers had a unique opportunity to obtain precise information about the new declaration procedure.

The meeting helped participants smoothly navigate the change process, minimizing the risk of administrative errors related to hiring workers from the East, which was a pressing issue for many manufacturing companies at the time.
