AUDIT HR, KSSSE, and LUX MED Jointly Discuss the Workforce Shortage

We organized a conference entitled "Employees from Ukraine: An Alternative to the Labor Market" in partnership with the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone and LUX MED Sp. z o. o., which served as the event's medical partner. The meeting took place on March 8, 2016, at the PURO Poznań Hotel.

Productivity at Work, the Employment of Foreigners, and the Potential of Ukrainian Workers

We focused on three main areas, providing participants with specific knowledge:

  • Employee Health and Effectiveness: Dr. Grzegorz Juszczyk, Director of the Health Education Office at LUX MED Sp. z o. o., discussed the role of health in ensuring high employee productivity.

  • The Potential of Ukrainian Engineers: Ms. Violetta Panasiuk-Strzyżewska, President of the Management Board of AUDIT HR, presented the thesis: "An Engineer from Ukraine - a Response to the Needs of the Labor Market?".

  • The Practice of Hiring Foreigners: Katarzyna Skrzypińska-Krata, Head of the Recruitment Office at AUDIT HR, presented practical solutions for hiring employees from Ukraine.

Adapting Banking Services to the Needs of Foreigners

An important element of the meeting was a discussion of the financial formalities related to hiring foreigners. Maciej Maćkowski, Director of the Financial Center at Bank Millennium S.A., focused on adapting the bank's offerings to the needs of foreigners. The meeting concluded with a networking session, allowing participants to exchange experiences and conduct individual consultations.
