We organized a conference entitled "The Impact of Selected Assumptions of the New Deal and the Deepening Employee Market on the Operations of Manufacturing Companies". The event took place in Poznań at the Pinco Pallino Restaurant, bringing together representatives of the regional manufacturing industry. The conference focused on two fundamental issues that generated the greatest uncertainty in business during this period: the growing pressure from the employee market and the revolution in tax and legal regulations introduced by the New Deal.
The conference was opened by Violetta Panasiuk-Strzyżewska, President of the Management Board of AUDIT HR. In her presentation, she presented an in-depth analysis of the deepening employee market phenomenon. Her presentation focused on how growing employee demands and persistent staff shortages impact costs and human resources management strategies in manufacturing companies.
Then, experts from C&C Chakowski & Ciszek discussed the most pressing legal and tax changes.
Przemysław Ciszek (Partner at the firm) discussed planned legal changes regarding the employment of foreigners. He also touched on a new, crucial topic: managing the whistleblower reporting system and whistleblower protection.
This was complemented by a lecture by Grzegorz Ziomkowski (Head of the Tax and Social Insurance Institution Department), who provided a detailed analysis of the impact of selected New Deal provisions on the operating costs of businesses, both those operating in special economic zones and those outside of them.
The meeting was held as a business lunch and dinner, allowing for informal networking and behind-the-scenes conversations, fostering the exchange of experiences and deepening the discussion on the topics discussed. Thanks to this, participants left the conference with comprehensive knowledge necessary to adapt the company's HR and financial strategies to the new legal realities.
