Together with the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, we organized a meeting for HR directors and managers from companies in Western Poland. The conference, titled "Employees from Ukraine: An Alternative to the Labor Market," took place on November 18, 2015, in the format of a business breakfast. The meeting aimed to enable participants to exchange experiences in personnel management.

Benefits and Finances: We presented the benefits of employing foreigners and the banking formalities related to their employment.
The program was complemented by a discussion panel with experts, which allowed participants to exchange in-depth knowledge.
The event provided managers with detailed knowledge on recruitment, legalization, and the benefits of employing foreigners, strengthening AUDIT HR's position as a leader in HR solutions for the Western Poland region.
