Ultimately responsible for the entire production department, currently operating 3 production lines and approx. 50 FTE, with a clear growth perspective up to 8–9 production lines in the coming years
Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders (3-shift organization), ensuring ownership of production planning, cost control, quality, volumes and delivery performance
Create an environment where Team Leaders and employees take responsibility, solve problems independently and continuously develop their competencies
Implement, promote and safeguard policies related to HSE, quality, food safety and environmental standards
Responsible for P&L within the Polish strategy and, together with the Plant Manager, define short- and long-term operational priorities
Design and continuously improve an effective organizational structure, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative workforce development in a growing factory
Drive and embed a strong continuous improvement culture, with a focus on LEAN / TPM / performance management, actively engaging teams at all levels
Take an active role in cross-functional and strategic projects supporting factory growth, scalability and standardization
Manage, monitor and advise on investments, automation initiatives and operational expenditures
WYMAGANIA:
Completed Master’s degree (e.g. Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology)
At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a production environment
Proven experience in optimization projects and improvement programs (LEAN, TPM, WCM, TWI)
Experience with automation and technological development of production processes
Strong leadership experience in a fast-growing, changing environment
Change management skills – ability to lead teams through growth and transformation
Cultural adaptability and strong alignment with people-focused company values
Crisis management and practical problem-solving mindset
Excellent Polish and English skills, verbal and written
